Note that this cable is only suitable for charging as advertised. It doesn't offer data transfer, which means that if I just wanted a magnetic connector for a normal connection to my custom keyboard, it doesn't offer a connection that would allow the keyboard to work. Data transmission, such as file management or device operation, is not possible with this cable. If you're like me, you might not have noticed that there is a difference. But the connection to charge in this case does not mean the connection to communicate with the device. Although it is quite suitable for charging phones.
