If flames are what you're after then this isn't for you. It's not even the color of a flame, let alone this one. They look more like wave lights - which is fine if you're just looking for a little night light. But looking like a flame in a lantern or something like that isn't even close. They also don't last long in their service. While I know that simulating a real flame can never be perfect, it CAN be done - the TomCare brand have amazing burners so it is possible. They don't even come close and are only useful in flashlights/containers you can't see through, unless you want to see that you only have a freestanding 15 watt bulb. It's not even aesthetic to look at :-( The remote control stopped working after 2 days.
