ATTENTION! This seller sells used items and is making a complaint about his new ones! I was really devastated! I loved the look, sound and layout of this keyboard! It is beautiful and many sellers are selling it, I ordered it as new and felt like it was new. I got the first one and it was clearly needed! The beautiful pink box it came in was torn and dented. There were scratches on the cable, stains on the keyboard, and a handle that was supposed to have a sticker was removed. I was quietly upset but returned it and was quickly given the keyboard (which was advertised as new). I pocketed it, very excited to have it and within 2 weeks it was fully colored on me. It didn't look new when I received it, but it looked a lot better than the previous one, so I assumed it was. However, it was clearly used as it only lasted 2 weeks! I'm just so upset. I found a real company that makes them and instead of using Amazon I go to them to make sure I'm getting a quality product that actually works. I've been ordering a lot from Amazon lately and it seems like an increasing number of products that claim to be new are actually used! This is very frustrating and I am looking for other places to shop. I don't do many reviews (I need to get better). However it was really disappointing as due to Covid I was here all day and had to work from home. One way to enjoy monotony is to create a workspace that you enjoy sitting in and look forward to sitting in. This keyboard was my favorite part of my workplace and it broke after 2 weeks after I had to reorder because the first one was used. Revain, you need to keep better track of the used items for sale here. Now I'm afraid to use electronics here because you don't know what you're getting.
