Although this tester is fine and I have nothing bad to say about it, I would like to point out that there is a Pro version of this There are test kits that have twice as many different switches (adding green, clear, white, and gray switches). I didn't know about it because Amazon didn't have a Pro version, but you can buy it directly from the MAX website (that's where I found out about the Pro version): http://www.maxkeyboard.com/max- keyboard-keycap -cherry-mx-switch-o-ring-pro-sampler-tester-kit.html If I had known about the Pro version I would not have received this test kit. But it was too late as I had already bought this test kit and now I have both versions. I didn't bother sending this one back for a refund and instead put o-rings on the switches so I can easily compare o-ring and non-o-ring switches in both test kits rather than o-rings to attract . Toggle them on and off to compare them, which is far from ideal for an instant comparison. As these less common switches become more popular, it just makes sense to get the pro test kit and have all the options to compare, not just the generic four. Also, the switches in the Pro version aren't permanently attached to the plate, so you can rearrange them however you like.
