Review on Acorn Easy Bootie Ragg Slipper Boys' Shoes by Jason Martinez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Warm, thick, soft inner material - 20% wool. Faux leather outsole.

My wife thinks these booties are so adorable they have exceeded all of her expectations. The size we received is the 6-12 month old version for my grandson who is now around two weeks old. They have really improved warm booties since my daughter was born 34 years ago. Feels and looks similar to wool. It's actually 20% wool. It's also made of 78% acrylic and 2% spandex. The inside is very cozy and the sole feels spongy. It should protect the child's leg well in winter. This is how the bright red color of Christmas is created. It doesn't seem like there's a left shoe or a right shoe - not that it matters at this point in life. The tag is very scratchy on the inside of the back and I had to carefully cut out the shoes. Why would they even put such terribly rough stuff in children's shoes, or even in clothes at all? If a label has to be sewn in, why not use a suitably soft material, e.g. B. wool-like material? I really dislike scratchy tags on all my clothes, including my shirts. There is also an Acorn promotional label on the outside. I also don't like ad tags. Otherwise, the inner material is very soft and thick and is intended to keep children's feet warm in relatively cold temperatures.

Pros
  • Perfect for at home and keeps little feet warm!
Cons
  • Slippers must not stick to the sole, which can lead to slipping.
