It's certainly not the worst dog costume I've bought (although I personally wish companies would.

My dog is 16 pounds and 14 inches long and she took a big one. Previous reviewers said it doesn't work much and they were correct, BUT when we increased the height the headgear was MUCH larger (buy extra velcro so you can attach it more tightly to more sweatshirt suits - it's MUCH easier for everyone!)
