Great for riding, cycling, running, chafing
Got this on recommendation from Chafing who I've encountered on long distance rides. My thighs and cavities were just wet after the first day and I was miserable. I started using this and never had a problem again. I even had to ride 5 hours in the rain on a good clip and I'm still not sick or chafed, not even a rash. I really thought I would have to wear it more than once a day, but it somehow holds up through sweat, rain, jeans or leggings. I am impressed!
