4/30/21 Edited - I am withdrawing my five star rating. The seller worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and the watch I originally purchased is still working fine. I would buy from this seller again because of their absolute willingness to make things right and the quality of customer service I received. 04/03/21 I am updating my rating and deducting 2 stars for being dishonest. The clock is still there, so nothing new. However, the seller promised a gift for a 5 star rating. I actually went through the whole process of going to the website and leaving all my information, address etc and was informed that I would receive a gift (a different watch I think) in 5-7 days. To date I have not received anything. My thing is take an honest review. Don't try to suggest tricks to influence the review and then don't follow through. It's not mandatory. The watch is fine, let that be enough. I just won't buy anything from this seller. I received the watch today and it is beautiful! Can't wait to wear it to work and see how it holds up. I thought the screen might be too dark, but I have no problem seeing numbers in low light. Nice and light.
