One of the best deals, glad I bought this.
Unless these spikes protrude from the tires like the Wolverine's claws, it's hard to imagine how such basic winter wheels could have any cross-country prowess at all. Meanwhile, I haven't had to use the extended warranty to replace a wheel due to lost spikes in over a year. I avoid driving my Elantra in extreme winter weather, although there are "survival" adventures to be had in the city on occasion. The driving comfort, with its low noise and gentle ride, is outstanding, and not just because of the vehicle's cross-country capability.
