Review on Babelway by Christopher Theriault

I like how easy it was to create an API connection from our ERP system to Babelway. It took about 15 minutes after we created the connector to be able to make calls to our ERP via RESTful services. The UI is very simple and intuitive. In some cases, such as when there are multiple connectors being used by other users, it could take up to 30 seconds or longer before a call can even be made in order to get through to someone who knows what they're doing at Babelway. We've been using this service since March 2018. Before then, we were manually creating EDIs, which had many limitations. With Babelway, we no longer have those issues because all EDIs now go straight into our customers' systems.
