Review on 🛒 White Medium Kitchen Helper Shelf - Panacea Grayline 40115 Panacea by James Lighting

I bought a Grayline 2 shelf (40126) and was very happy with it. I also ordered this shelf. I usually only give long term reviews as I genuinely feel they are really needed for Revain. I have to make an exception for this shelf. It arrived with a detached tooth and with a rough uneven surface unlike my previous purchase. KEEP IN MIND! The quality of the product has either deteriorated or the quality control is carried out haphazardly. I will return this item. Updated 12/14/18: I wanted to return the item but was told not to return it. They sent me a new one, true to their word. You must reward customer trust. Changed from 1 to 3 stars. Cool way to process returns. Would have given 4 stars if the fit/finish and construction was good from the start and I didn't have to try to return it.
