The charging cable does not remain in the charger.
I really like the mirror. Nice that there are three levels of brightness. I also wanted to have an additional mirror with 10x magnification. The only problem I have is that the racquet doesn't work to reload. The side of the charger that enters the mirror (not USB) to charge does not stay in the mirror. It's like the rod (metal part) isn't long enough to get into the device so it keeps falling out. can you send a new one
