I'm a size 8 and most of these straps fit snugly around my elbow where my arm is thinner. I've tried opening them up to fit the wider part of my arm and have had some success with that, but it's really difficult to keep them in a perfect circle when expanding and they're a bit deformed when doing so. . However, they look very cool, and if they have hands the size of a medium or smaller woman, they should fit very well. I like the ones with the dangling chains the most and the ones with the spirals least, because it's difficult to let the spirals lie flat and not dig into my hands. Still, it's a fun set and a quirky, edgy look.
