It’s not the most compression I’ve seen, but it gets the job done. I’m a 290 pound man and I went a couple sizes smaller with the XL. It works for me.

This was a first for me but it works! Slims down the “excess”. It’s a bit uncomfortable to squeeze into but it’s not as noticeable shortly after. The lines on it may be noticeable under a dress shirt as they were for me, but outside of that you can’t tell!
