I bought these with the intention of making a bunch of bootable USB drives. I think they don't load. The problem is that the removable flag is turned upside down in the firmware. When you insert a drive into Windows, it doesn't show up as a removable disk, just another fixed drive. In the question section, someone specifically asks if it's bootable and gets a "yes" response, which is incorrect. Don't buy them if you use them as bootable media.
