This product works as advertised. It's big, sturdy and can generate a lot of sweat as you work out in the gym or move about at home. Rides up a bit and is a little uncomfortable if you sit down because it is so big so be careful. In the end, I really like it.However. a word of caution is needed here. Check the length of the belt you want to buy before you order one. Remember, these are made in China where they have no proper conception of western people's sizes. Lots of these so-called 'Fat Burner' belts are available on the open market today. All are made in China, and most of them simply are not long enough. Because of diet and lifestyle, we here in North America and even in Europe are simply much larger than the average Chinese, so their belts are frequently not long enough and don't fit us.I was once a defensive tackle in my younger years and am still a big guy in my 80s, so I ordered the largest size (over 51" length) and this one actually measured 51 inches! So it works for me.Just check the specs for length before you order any of these belts! And if they only list S, M, L & XL.skip it! Good Luck! RJB
