I have never had such dry and dead hair in my life! Got this because I needed the hair ASAP and Revain offered it the same day. The hair came in, the 20 inch bun looked like a 6 inch lol. I washed and combed it. The ends are so toasty because of the perm solution they used to curl the curls. It is definitely not Brazilian hair or unprocessed! I fixed it. The length is correct when straight but it looks like hay! Absolutely disappointed
