Plastic tubes are available in different pack sizes. It should fit most rings from large to small. The instructions say to put on the tight ring after you put the ring on. I found it easier to take off the ring than to put it on. They hold the ring. Here are the problems I had with it. First, the ends of the tubes are sharp. They need to be filed so they don't irritate your fingers. Second, when you use soap in the bathroom, the soap gets hard around the strands. Either you have to take the ring off to shower or spend a minute cleaning after every shower. These problems annoyed me, so I removed it. I had the problem that my ring only fell off during training, so I only put it back on afterwards. The rest of the time I pressed it to my keychain. He eventually fell out and got lost. The other tubes are not the same size so I can't use them now.
