My husband is a software developer and wanted another powerful Beelink mini pc to use as a test pc and to run a personal server for development projects. He is a big fan of Beelink products because of their compact size and speed and performance compared to other products on the market. Since the GTI has more power, he felt it would be a perfect fit for his development needs. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is preinstalled on this mini PC and is ready for all office needs. It is also compatible with the Linux operating system that my husband installed and had no problems with. So far, he says, running his own personal home automation server works well. With this, he enabled interaction with our smart home lights so he can turn them on when we're not at home. The Beelink GTI is larger than most of its predecessors, but still quite compact and light, and weighs less. than four (4) pounds, making it portable. It is powered by an Intel Core I5-8260U processor with an Intel Iris Plus 655 GPU. The base RAM is 16 GB with 512 GB storage. The beauty, however, is that there's always the option to add another 2.5-inch SATA3 SSD or M.2 2280 drive for future storage expansion. One of the coolest features is that it has a fingerprint sensor and encryption built into the top of the device. Users and family members can conveniently scan a fingerprint to log into a computer instead of having to remember a password. My husband really likes the design of this mini PC. The front of the device features a power button, a CMOS clear button, a 3.5mm headphone and microphone jack, two (2) USB 3.0 ports, and a Type-C port that supports display output, giving you an overall can have three ( 3 ) display detachable from the device. this mini pc. There are also two microphones on the front that can interact with any voice assistant like Cortana that works with Windows or Linux. The back panel features a power adapter connector, two (2) LAN ports, one HDMI port, one display port, two (2) USB 3.0 ports, and two (2) USB 2.0 ports. In terms of connectivity, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 are supported. This mini PC is cooled by two (2) built-in internal fans and a heatsink system to keep the system cool. The fans are fairly quiet, which is nice because they're not loud or annoying. All in all, the Beelink GTI is a powerful mini PC that can be used for various tasks such as audio, video and photo editing; office tasks such as checking e-mail, word processing and surfing the Internet; for streaming videos and media like listening to music, watching movies, etc. My husband would like it to have a little more processing power, although he understands that this will add to the price. The small form factor and high build quality make it easy to place anywhere in the office, while also making it compact and portable. He is also currently using this for some cryptocurrency projects and he handles it like a charm! It is usually very quiet and doesn't take up much space in his office. My husband is impressed with yet another powerful little device from Beelink and looks forward to using it for all of his side project development needs.
