Bought for our LO when he was about 4.5 months old. I wanted something we could attach to his bamboo and high chair tray because he likes tossing toys out of reach. The suction cup toy seemed like a great idea. The toy itself is pretty cool. Lots of moving parts, sounds and bright colors. At that age, however, he was a bit awkward to play. He can kind of hit it and it will spin, but that's it. It's quite difficult for him to really interact with many of the features. Also, the suction cup is pretty much useless. It sticks for about 5 seconds before the toy tips over. That's what I'm most disappointed with as that's the only reason I bought the toy. I think my money would be better spent buying a used Bumbo tray and some velcro to attach to some existing toys.
