So I was very nervous about buying any of these products for fear of getting scratches or cuts, but believe me this product leaves a smooth surface with no scratches or cuts no matter how hard you press the skin. I was very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who is just contemplating shaving their head. It's easy to clean, I shave my head about every other day and it lasts about three shaves before I need to charge it again. **** Update ***** It only took me 2 months. It just stopped working mid-cycle. I think you get what you pay for. I'll try another brand and see what happens.
