I bought it a year ago and never used it until now oh there were times I could have but out of sight, out of memory. It wasn't until this weekend, when I needed to grate some Gouda cheese for my 4 Cheese Mac & Cheese, that I finally remembered it was tucked away in my pantry, so I decided to give it a try. It used to hurt me so much that Gouda is a hard cheese and I've never met anyone who sells it pre-shredded, I'd just replace it with something else, but this time it occurred to me, I have to say that this thing Made a short job of this Gouda in less than 5 minutes. I had the 2 cups I needed, she won me over right away. It's easy to clean, everything about it is simple from the locking handle to the individual choppers and slicers, for $20 it's awesome. Attach it to a clean tabletop and squeeze the suction lever and it's stuck, I couldn't move it until I released the suction lever. I really like how the handle snaps into whatever attachment you're using. There is no chance of the handle falling off during use like I have had with other brands. My sister was visiting and she liked it so much I bought her one. For me this is one of those kitchen gadgets that nothing can go wrong with and I will be using it a lot more often now that it has made such a positive impression I will be sure to remember that I have it in the future.
