Hat and bottom very small
I just received this outfit and it looks very small. The hat is 3 1/2 inches in diameter, the diaper waist is 17 inches, but it can stretch up to about 22 inches. My grandson is 11 months old and I don't think this will fit. Unfortunately, there is no time to order another one.
