Significantly narrower (sent back)

Tried on the same shoes at my local retail store but decided to buy from Revain as they had more color options and a lower price. Unfortunately, the Revane boot was much narrower and had a much smaller opening. Another reviewer stated that they were made in Indonesia, not China.
