Review on Audio INTRO Premium Headphones Universal by Ken Ventura

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent clarity, excellent bass

Sounds fantastic. I tried many headphones over the course of three weeks and these were the best. They won't beat Bose, but they're close. Overall, the sound is very clear and balanced. There's plenty of bass, not too much to overwhelm you but not too little to leave you wanting more. With them you notice a very good sound depth, as with significantly more expensive headphones. They have a much more balanced range and don't compromise on one aspect like many competitors do. Usually in headphones in this price range you will find headphones with too little bass or too little clarity. However, they are balanced and offer excellent sound quality. So far my experience with JLab audio devices has been great, I bought a Bluetooth speaker from them before checking them out. The build quality is fantastic too, with faux leather around the top strap and stitching. The ear cushions are extremely comfortable and, as another reviewer said before I made my purchase, they feel like marshmallows to my ears. I have found that I can wear them for around 4-5 hours before the pressure on my ears becomes painful. They're definitely worth a try if you're looking for well-balanced headphones that are very comfortable. However, after a few weeks of use, I've noticed an issue, and it has to do with the headphone jack itself. The angled plug seems to have been compromised in strength as when pushed and/or bent it toggles music playback on whatever device I use it with. I'm not sure if it's just a defect or if they're all like that. This is a problem especially when my iPhone is in my pocket and moving around. If I tilt or rotate it, it toggles playback as if I'd pressed a button.
