Not the best option during training.
It's good that there are loops for the ears, but I find the fabric too thin. I bought it to use during my workout. When I breathe heavily, even lined material tends to get sucked into my nose and mouth, causing me to choke on the material. It's very difficult to breathe. Not comfortable at all.
