Review on ☔️ Carter's Baby Girls' Perfect Rainslicker Rain Jacket: Stylish Protection from the Rain by Jeff Drollinger

Cute but not what I expected. The lining is not what I would call lining. Just around the hood is a warmer pink lining. The super cute print is why I bought it, but my turning point is that not only is it too expensive for a "cape" (more of a flimsy windcheater), but it also has velcro closures at the top and bottom to close to keep it closed. I would have preferred buttons as the velcro tends to snag when attached to the coat this way.
