The flowers are definitely cheaper than the picture and they are not attached, they just hang over the top. However, the English instructions are very poorly translated and you have to attach the supplied metal ring yourself! It was not what is shown in the picture and doesn't look like it will last. If I had known that before I bought it, I wouldn't have bought it at all. I spent $35 on a $15 product. Not impressed. The only "good thing" about this product is that it comes with everything you need to hang it up and there is a 30 day return policy!
