UPDATE 2: The seller sent me new headphones to work with my existing charging case. So far, so good. Customer service was outstanding. UPDATE 1: The seller contacted me shortly after I wrote the first review with some possible procedural corrections. I've already tried them, but I could find that the problem was that the signal between the two headphones became too weak to continue transmitting through my head. When I held the headphones close together, they worked. When I sat in a metal car on my way to work, they worked because the signal bounced off the sides of the car. I like the form factor, the comfort, the sound, etc. What I *don't* like is that the correctness of the headphone has some issues. After less than an hour of listening, the right earbud stops working about 25% of the time. Sometimes it comes back after a few moments and sometimes it doesn't come back at all. Seems random and incredibly uncomfortable while I practice pausing and fidgeting in my headphones.
