First, they are a bit big, I recommend going to a store and trying them on. I have size 7 women's sneakers. This usually means size 5 or 5.5 for kids. I have a 5.5 and they were half a size bigger but that was my fault, I've had another pair before that were a 5 but didn't want to risk buying online. The shoes still fit great, I just have to wear them with thick socks and that doesn't bother me. To compare with women's and children's sizes, I would recommend going 2 full shoe sizes smaller. Size 6 for women = Size 4 for children Size 7 for women = Size 5 for children Size 8 for women = Size 6 for children etc. Please note that this is not the same for other shoe models or brands, but for this is like this : ) Hope that helps
