Not my teeth! The best oral care

I really wanted to like these shields but I couldn't even put them in my mouth. The bottom guard that came with it was crooked and didn't fit my mouth properly, the top guard wasn't even my teeth! I couldn't even put them on my teeth because they were awful. I followed the videos and watched them because I thought I did everything right. I contacted the company for a full refund and I don't know where to go next. This company LOOKS like a really good company and they even have some positive reviews here. I want mine to be alone
