Keep in mind that you may not get the keyboard layout you expect

The Chromebook is fine, pretty much what you would expect if you were at all familiar with this model. Transformer, touchscreen, Android apps, good performance, portability, good keyboard and touchpad, etc. It's a good, more reliable alternative to something like the Acer R11. The price was a bargain too! The only downside is that the model sold here, or at least the one I got, has a Canadian ISO English keyboard instead of an American ANSI keyboard. Mechanically, if you're not familiar with the differences, the keys are in basically the same place, and this Canadian has a few extra characters on the keycaps (which you can ignore, especially if you're touch typing), but ISO keyboards are the most unfortunate , you have a tiny left shift key (with an extra smaller copy of the backslash key just getting in the way) and a narrower/taller enter key (it converts positions with a regular backslash key.) That's liveable. , and this is something I've dealt with before on another laptop, but it slows down your typing (specifically, your left and right fifth digits [or "pinky/pinky"] are the backslash keys instead of the left shift key and press enter key or enter respectively.) Still, I ended up abandoning this device because it was worth it; I wish the seller was more specific in the product description.
