I bought 3 different colors to frame the window and 2 colors to share on the wall. The thin strip was easy to apply but difficult to unroll without stretching. I've applied it around the window and on the walls, both clean (they were painted about a week ago). My handwork turned out really nice and the pinstriping was a breeze. The next morning I saw that the streaks seemed to have diminished. Why? No idea why, the walls were clean, the only effort trying to unfold. i just wanted to cry Now I have to remove all of that. I figured sticking on the strips would be a lot easier than painting the strips, except the paint wouldn't come off. Lesson learned. Caution; I don't think I would risk doing it with a car or a complex project. The reviews were spot on.
