I bought the 6U version to replace the 4U version from the same company I grew out of. Key Gen2 Rack Accessory with Cloud Key, 24-Port Unifi Non-POE Switch, 24-Port Patch Panel and Vented Shelf for 8-Port Unifi POE Switch. The stand feels solid and doesn't move back and forth. Note. I left the cross member structure on the rack, but after installing the elements into the rack I expect it to be solid without the cross members. I was able to move the crosspost to the bottom of the rack (the rack has threaded crosspost mounting holes at the top and bottom) and rotate it so that it faces the crosspost so that it protrudes from inside the bottom of the rack bay. This network rack model is very affordable and offers great value for home networking.
