I bought it for my granddaughter who is 4 years old and is a little above average. It fit perfectly and my daughter couldn't understand how well finished it was down to the smallest detail. I also bought a down jacket for the flower girl to wear under her clothes to give her fullness so she can pick it up off the floor so she doesn't trip over it. It worked great. I would recommend buying a cloth band to keep the sleeves from rolling over your arms. The good thing is that the child can wear it sleeveless when it is hot or sleeved when it is cold. Highly recommended.
