Claim that the product does not have to be changed in the middle of the night. It further states that the patient remains dry and comfortable due to the special topsheet and its ability to quickly absorb and retain moisture from the patient. I think that statement is based on volume and flow rate. A fully incontinent adult can easily pick up this pad and experience leakage. Any comfort that person can experience comes from the fact that the fabric retains heat without allowing the feeling of cold and dampness. I would recommend this product for lower volumes but not the high end it claims to be.
