This is a good design, but it has a few limitations. Mounting plates in carton. Since the plastic is quite hard, when tightening the bushing, you can unscrew the screw. I did this and had to replace the box with another one as it was impossible to remove the broken screw. In the replacement box, I ran a 6-32 tap through the plastic holes before trying to put the screws in to keep it from happening again. Also note that you cannot use standard keystone plates to mount RJ-45 connectors. - You need to find "Decor" style trapezoidal panels to mount the included "Decor" cover onto the connecting panels. And you can't use the standard oversized 3/8" platter, you have to use the one that comes with the device. It would be ideal if the manufacturer did not remove such high costs from the production specification.
