I live in the Pacific Northwest and my washcloths always smell of mold so I have to wash them after a day of use. So I ordered them just to have a few extras on hand because I always miss them. I was shocked to discover that these are the best makeup removers I've ever used and for some reason they don't smell and seem to dry very quickly. Don't expect them to look like regular washcloths. - they are a fleece-like microfiber fabric. At first I thought I would end up sending them back because they looked so weird. Then I washed one of them and it was immediately sold. With a little cleanser they remove all my makeup and I may not even need to use a cleanser! To test, I used my regular washcloth one night and then one of these white washcloths. There was makeup on the fabric. The next night I used just one of these new towels and then another white one to check - there was no trace of makeup on the towel! Even the mascara comes off completely without the scratchy feeling of my regular washcloths. My husband loves them because they clean his glasses so easily, so I ended up giving him half a pack for "his" bathroom. This is definitely one of my "finds of the year" and such a great deal!
