For the price, this is a great mic, although the stand is a bit lackluster. It comes with no assembly instructions, and while it's a very simple process, I feel like there could at least be documentation of which part goes where. The included stand with clip is quite thin and doesn't have enough depth. In a strong clamp, the shell portion is so close to the C-shaped piece that it will simply start slipping off anything it is pressed against, resulting in less than ideal clamping efficiency. This can be fixed by simply making the shell section about 1/2 inch further from C.
