I like that it is so easy to make changes when needed. The customer service can be very slow at times but they are trying! For example - one of our sites was down for over 24 hours after we called about their support team asking them what happened because there were no errors in access logs or anything else showing as an error which would normally happen if something went wrong (we knew this). We asked several questions before finally getting through where someone told us "they didn't know" even though everyone who worked here prior said not only did he work hard every day helping people fix problems etc., he also had knowledge/experience working wtih servers since back school days. They have great prices starting @ $5 per month up until you get above 10GB RAM usage then your bill goes way higher than normal companies charge around 200$. Make sure all features.
