Amazfit GTR, an ever-changing beauty

GPS NOT WORKING HEART RATE IS INCORRECTLY REGISTERED, ANDROID APP IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR OR NONE Here's the full story: I've read reviews in the press and on YouTube. I really wanted this watch. The first purchase was lost. I tried again. On day one I thought it was the best watch I've ever had. It's elegant. I've used the GPS three times with no problems. GPS NOT WORKING (CONNECTING) Since the second day the GPS is no longer connected. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR NO I have contacted customer service 3 or 4 times. I only got one response regarding the GPS and that was to break and reconnect the watch. When that didn't work, the explanation was that trees and buildings could prevent GPS from being used. IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN A FLAT DESERT, DON'T BUY AN AMAZFIT GTR. A $25-$30 FITNESS BAND WILL FULFILL THE SAME MISSION. I never received an answer to my other complaints. THE ANDROID APP IS INCONSISTENT The way calories are counted doesn't make sense. You can have 1500-2000 calories in your exercises and still have 600 calories on the front page. It makes no sense. Otherwise the application is quite simple. It doesn't present the data in a good graphical and comparable way. I've recently been getting completely nonsensical reports like the second picture: 14.18 miles in 123 steps! THESE ARE BIG STEPS!Also, the distance traveled is inconsistent. When a walk is recorded by the phone's GPS, the estimated distance is not added to the previously walked distance. Finally, on the home page, it is quite possible to have covered a daily distance less than the distance recorded by the application during the walk. GOOD BATTERY LIFE Without using GPS and always-on display, I got 17 days on a single charge. . Always-on display significantly reduces battery life. I have no idea how they can last the claimed 24 days without sacrificing functionality. After using the watch for 30 days I felt I could live with it. Then came the biggest disappointment. HR DETECTION OFTEN DOESN'T WORK. After the last firmware update there was no sleep recording for the first night. Then I saw that there were gaps in the heart rate curves as you can see in the third image. If I had to believe in the Amazfit app, I would endure long hours of death. In addition, the daily statistics were inconsistent. At the time of the break I had been walking my dog 12+ miles at an average pace of 16 minutes per mile. Finally, after a walk today, I was surprised that not only is there a gap in the graph, but the watch has not measured the pulse for a long time (as you can see in the first picture). It's believed that every fitness tracker doesn't accurately measure steps count, distance, etc., but the only thing they measure correctly is heart rate. Well, that's not the case with the Amazfit GTR. Last week, Revain introduced the ability to contact support. They offered to connect me to technical services. Well I've completely lost faith in Amazfit so I'm sending the product back. Perhaps in five years, Amazfit will be able to come up with a useful product.
