Overall these are great headlight bulbs. I replaced the OEM bulbs in a 2019 VW Golf (40 mph). I only gave 4 initial reviews as some manufacturer information was wrong. That being said I would still buy them again and get another set for my wife's car. Before and after changing the lamp, I took basic measurements of the color values and lux values with a light meter. I tested them in my garage (no windows) and measured the light levels. The light is **slightly** whiter than standard bulbs, but difficult to see with the naked eye. I only ordered them for their brightness, so it wasn't that important to me. Brightness is the most important value for me. These bulbs are 32% brighter than standard bulbs. Keep in mind that my standard bulbs are from a new car with only 40 miles on them. I measured 41% higher light levels on my wife's car, but her car drove 42,000 km. It's normal for headlights to get dimmer as they age, so you'll see different readings depending on the age of your bulbs. If you want white headlights, I wouldn't take them. If you're only interested in brighter headlights, I would recommend these.
