The material of the cot is too thin

I was given both regular and transitional diapers. Didn't know there were light versions. The material is too thin. They lasted us only a week, after which they fell apart and pierced my right arm. I messaged them on Revain with no response and emailed them after no response from them and after 3 days they said they would get back in a day they replied "I did asked for one of my supervisors to see these pictures. and we never saw pilling or holes like that unless our diapers got caught on the velcro. She also mentioned that if this happened while your child was sleeping it would mean they were sleeping on their stomach and our products shouldn't have been used.” And no, my baby doesn't sleep on his stomach with this diaper on. I found it very rude to accept that. My daughter loves to suck on her right hand and the material stretches as she sucks. This was not due to abuse. We didn't get an apology, nothing. I've asked for a replacement and haven't received a response yet. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Pros
  • If your baby has not yet been swaddled up in the arms, the transition may take a little longer.
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
