This is normal, not very 'thick' as advertised, I'm an electrician and depending on the type of flooring I go through 2-3 pairs a day, on carpet certainly not that long. I was hoping they would be on par with my colleague from Uline but they weren't as thick and durable, I have to put up with paying a little more to get them because they go all day and sometimes more than a day without have endured problems. I'll add one more thing, they're definitely better than the cheap ones that rip the first time you put them on and are probably perfect for the agent or appraiser who needs to put them on quickly and just need something waterproof for a short time.
