Review on Yeelen Warmer Removal Applicator Sticks by Jenna Hernandez

Almost two months ago I decided to jump on the bandwagon of an essential oil diffuser. I researched all the brands looking for a good entry level diffuser and settled on this one. I'm happy to say that I made the right decision this time. The diffuser itself is not very different from many others currently available on the market. It has two fog settings (3 hour and longer 4-5 hour cycle) and a wonderful range of LED lighting colors (or no light at all) to choose from depending on your preference. The tank capacity is 100ml, which lasts around 4.5 hours on a longer cycle, and the mist performance is great - it smells great in my bedroom and even makes it down the hall into my kitchen area. It was easy to set up - just plug in the power adapter, pour in water and selected essential oil drops, put on the lid, press the button and you're done. Cleaning the device is also easy - just follow the instructions that come with it. Here's what makes this diffuser different: the seller HarbourDirect. About 5 weeks after I started using this diffuser, I started having the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. Putting the top of the device on and off became difficult (for some reason, despite my best efforts to get it to work, it wouldn't sit in the threaded sections of the docking connector) and the device began to close itself. turned off when the water tank was still half full (this was on a longer 4-5 hour cycle, which shouldn't have happened). I contacted the seller with my concerns and received a quick email with some troubleshooting tips. After reading the advice and having no success with the device, I replied to the seller that it still wouldn't work. They offered to replace my unit and let me tell you they wasted no time - my replacement arrived in just a few days and seems to be working great. I can say that this was one of the best experiences I have had with a seller on the Revain Marketplace. Thank you HarborDirect! So all in all this is a good essential oil diffuser for those new to this business of distribution and the customer service is fantastic. I will be moving my business to HarbourDirect again in the future. *** UPDATE 7/6/2016 *** Three months later (and one small change) my replacement diffuser is still running like clockwork. The lettering came off the base but that's the only problem (which isn't a problem for me) I had. It works just as well today as it did straight out of the box so I still love camping and would recommend this little fella to anyone looking for a smaller diffuser.
