The best part about using scoop as an employer for our employees was that it provided us with peace of mind knowing they were getting home safely at night! It's great because we didn't have to worry about them being late or not showing up when their shift ended which allowed me more time during my day to do other tasks I needed done. There are no downsides to this service other than maybe you don't know your coworkers very well yet but if someone says something inappropriate while driving then there isn't much else you can really control since its such a large program. We used scoops services mainly so people could get rides back after work hours especially those who live further away where public transportation may be limited due to weather conditions etc.
