Everything is just right with this protective film. It contains all the tools you need for a successful application. It fits the Switch, looks good, and makes the Switch dock snug enough to grab the console when I'm pulling out the controllers, but not so snug that I can't pull out the console itself. There's only one problem. . As I was gluing the glass, ONE speck of dust landed near the bottom right corner leaving a nice little bubble under the glass. I could leave it alone and probably hardly notice it, but the instructions specifically say that if there's dust, you can lift the rim of the glass and use the sticker to get the dust out. There's even a tool you stick under the screen protector to pry open the corner. Since it seemed so easy, I did just that. And it worked! The sticker removed that speck of dust and everything became perfect. The only problem is that now that corner of the glass is permanently raised. It needs to be bent a bit because it doesn't fit the screen. So now I have the equivalent of a quarter-sized bubble on the screen. I thought it might fail, but several weeks passed with no change. This does not affect gameplay. In fact, it's almost invisible when the screen is on. It doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. And if at some point I get tired of it, I can always try the second protector that comes with it (but quite a waste of product in my opinion). screen on my new device. If you are reading this review, DO NOT attempt to lift the screen. If there's dust in there, just leave it. Or you may need to change the instructions to show that the glass can warp if you try the solution above. I wouldn't do this if I knew how much it would affect the aesthetics later. Do not offer a dust solution that will cause more serious problems.
