Great Communication between us & Company
The ability that they have with their team members in regards of Customer Service is amazing! Their customer service has always been great when we call them for any questions regarding our products. They are very understanding as well so there's nothing I can think of at this time which would make me want to not recommend strategiccontact.com if you're looking for an excellent company who will listen to what your needs might be and help meet those needs through communication tools like phone calls and emails. This is one way where customers receive information from companies such as ours without having to go back home and check online websites or social media sites.
Pros
- Having everything organized, easily accessible by employees within multiple locations across various areas it works really good especially because people working here aren't only using computers but also smart phones/devices alongwith tablets (which helps keep us connected anywhere anytime) !!! It keeps all staff up to date too!!! That makes life easier & convenient :D Also being able see things real quick while keeping track about certain issues /concerns
