I love this pillow. I've only tried the firmest setting where you leave the insert in the larger pillow and it's great for my side sleeper. I was looking for a firm pillow and had a very hard time finding a pillow that looked normal but had the firmness and thickness I needed for comfort. I think it's also great for a guest bedroom as it allows your guests to customize the comfort to their liking and what's even more welcoming. I followed the instructions and threw it in the dryer after unpacking. It's definitely swollen. I also love the quirky orange trim on the outside. Using the whole pillow on the firmest setting I had to squeeze it into the pillowcase due to the thickness, but still doable.
