Cute but not fat enough for New England winters!
I was looking for a hat and scarf to wear for six months during the winter in southern New England and hoped this set would be just what I needed. While the scarf was long and soft enough, the hat just didn't have enough thickness to be a truly functional winter hat. If you're looking for transitional weather or are just looking for something that's just plain trendy then this is the place for you, but if you're looking for a thick and warm beanie that will keep your ears warm, go on.
